The purpose of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is to assure that the installation, construction, or alteration of any structure on any lot is in accordance with the standards determined by the ACC.  The ACC shall have the powers and duties to do everything necessary and proper to maintain these standards.

No construction or placement of any improvements shall be commenced without plans being submitted to and approved in writing by the ACC.  The ACC has the sole discretion to determine whether the plans are acceptable and in compliance with the scheme of the neighborhood.  If plans are not approved within thirty days from the date submitted, then the plans are approved by default.
