Silver Ridge HOA Board Meeting

March 16, 2006

Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.

In attendance were Kevin, Bonita, Todd, Becky, and Dave

Minutes Review

• February meeting minutes were reviewed and accepted

Treasurer’s Report

• HOA has a balance of $14,260.21
• Re-registered HOA with GA Secretary of State as a non-profit organization
• Made March 2006 tax payment
• Collected $600 lien
• Preparing to send out past due notices for 2006 HOA dues

ACC

· 3 quotes for lawn service collected since February meeting from Becky and Kevin

· Best Lawn Maintenance selected

· Termination letter for Exceptional Lawn Care prepared by Dave

· Extending Fence by apartment complex—Estimate received for $13.80 per foot. HOA would like to fix the retention pond fence and paint Trail access fence as well.

· All members to email ACC violations to Becky.

Old Business

· New lights for front entrance-Kevin—Need glass and bulbs replaced.

· Todd will update and maintain HOA web site after getting the CD.

· Bonita will send out past due notices for HOA dues.

New Business

• None.

Next meeting, Thursday, April 20th, 2006 at Kevin’s house.
