Silver Ridge HOA Board Meeting

April 20, 2006

Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.

In attendance were Kevin, Todd, Becky, and Dave

Minutes Review

• March meeting minutes were reviewed and accepted

Treasurer’s Report—Via E-mail

• HOA has a balance of $14,848.27
• Exceptional Lawn Care submitted a bill for $1400 for retention pond cleaning. As they have only cleaned one of the two ponds billed, the HOA decided to withhold payment until the other pond has been cleaned. Dave drafted a letter for Kevin to send.

ACC

· Best Lawn Maintenance needs to provide proof-of-insurance

· Need to confirm that all common areas are covered

· They do not do fencing

· List of Fence painting/repair/addition projects—Becky and Kevin to provide possible contractors

· Graffiti on fence leading to Silver Comet Trail

· Repair gate on retention pond

· Paint or stain retention pond fences

· Extend fence by apartment complex

· All members to email ACC violations to Becky

Old Business

· Todd replaced lights at front entrance, but they’ll need replaced again soon.

· New website to be set up at http://www.srhoa.com, http://www.srhoa.net, and http://www.srhoa.org

· $27/year for all three addresses

· $50/year for hosting website

· Suggested that covenants be posted on website

· Silver Comet Trail gate needs re-repaired

New Business

• Look into a June party for subdivision
