MEETING OF THE BOARD

MINUTES

11 JUNE 2003

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M.

In attendance were Charles Bautz, Shannon Frith, and Bonita Martin, all Board Members.

The minutes of the 28 April 2003 were approved as submitted.

TREASURER’S REPORT

The ending cash balance as of 31 May2003 was $xxxx. Six homeowners had outstanding association dues totaling $xxxx.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE REPORT

No report was submitted.

OLD BUSINESS

Fences – Bonita moved that Shannon contact Matt Gataky to obtain a written quote to paint the fences for the front, two retaining ponds, and trail entrance. The quote should contain separable pricing for each fence and each side of the fence. Shannon will contact Matt not later than 13 June and will ask for a response by the following Friday. The motion was seconded and passed.

Outstanding Dues – Bonita moved that Shannon contact the Management Agency to find out which, if any, of the homes with outstanding Association dues have liens against them for such. The motion was seconded and passed.

NEW BUSINESS

Shannon moved that Bonita contact the Management Agency to obtain a copy of the Association contract with the landscaping company. Bonita will obtain this agreement for review at the next Board meeting. The motion was seconded and passed.

The next Board meeting was schedule for July 28 at 7:00 P.M. at 1600 Silver Oak Drive.
