The meeting was called to order at 7:13 PM.

In attendance were Kim Bishop, Shannon Frith, Dania Aponte, Wayne Clark

The minutes of the 9 February 2004 were approved as submitted.

Treasurer’s Report

· A deposit was listed as 210 dollars from Greystone power that was in question. Shannon will contact Greystone.

· XXX has agreed to pay $100 per month. They have a balance of $XXX.

· XXX owes $XXX and HOA will continue to pursue.

· XXX and XXX have liens on their property

ACC

· The door on the first retention pond must be fixed. Matt Gataky will be contacted concerning the door repair.

· Kim will purchase the flowers for the flowerbeds. A budget is set at $400, however less than that should be spent.

· Dania will contact the flower people.

· A second flyer needs to be sent out to the community by March 21^st and should include the paint color and code.

· The violation letter/notice of noncompliance/fee needs to be obtained from NMA.

Old Business

· Bonita provided the new landscape contract with Snearl, which begins 3/15. Fees are: Common Area $200 per month; Fertilization $200 per year;

New Business

· Block Party tentatively set for 5/1/04 in the Silver Oak Dr. cul-de-sac

· Wayne will contact Lenny’s Subs and Andi’s Wings for food contribution/reduced price.

· Shannon will contact Subway for food contribution/reduced price.

· Kim will contact church and school for use of tables and will create and send out flyer in mid April.

· Kim’s term is a one-year term
