The meeting was called to order at 5:41 PM.

In attendance were Kim Bishop, Shannon Frith, Bonita Martin, Laurence Smith

Treasurer’s Report:

· Cash on hand at the end of April was $xxx.

ACC

· The list of non-compliance needs to be sent to Laurence ASAP.

· The Landscapers billed us for the entire month of March, which is incorrect. The billing should only be from the 15^th forward. Laurence will handle this situation.

New Business

· Lawrence suggested that if we are going to pursue a lien, an attorney should be used.

· Our only realistic option is to send a letter to owners with past due balances, with the exception of large sums due, asking to settle account. The letter will offer the option to have a payment plan.

· Shannon submitted a letter explaining board roles to the board for approval and will submit to Laurence for mailing.

· Shannon submitted the price list for the block party, adjustments were made and each board member will donate approximately $20-$25 for the cost of food.

· Kim will create a flyer to notify the community of the block party on June 19^th in the Silver Ridge Cul-de-sac and will encourage them to bring a dish to pass.

· The flyer will also be sent out via evite.

· Bonita will walk the hood and ask for email addresses to update the information we have already.

· The flyer will be distributed the first week in June and a sign will be posted facing inward 1 week prior to the event as a reminder.

Next meeting will be June 14th at Shannon’s at 7:00.
