The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.

In attendance were Kim Bishop, Shannon Frith, Dania Aponte, Wayne Clark, Bonita Martin

The minutes of the June 14, 2004 meeting were approved as submitted.

Treasurer’s Report

· COH $xxx

· Financial concerns: Southern Traditions paid $175- Bonita will address charges with landscape from May/June.

· Letters to homeowners with overdue balances will be mailed. All letters signed by board and are ready for distribution.

ACC

· Gate repair on the front pond is estimated at $70. Matt Gataky, resident will repair it for the cost of materials only. Dania offered to pay for materials to fix the gate

· Graffiti on gate to trail will be removed by Matt Gataky.

· Laurence was supposed to mail out non-compliance letters for ACC violations, which has yet to be done. This issue goes back to February. Nothing has been done.

· Realtors will be called about yard up keep on homes for sale. Bonita will contact realtors.

Old Business

· Email will be used to announce community events.

· Flyers will be given to only those who do not have email.

· Shannon will mail letters requesting pmts on overdue balances.

New Business

· The issue of self-management vs. NMA was brought up due to the lack of finances. The board will make a list of pros and cons in the above concern and will discuss at the next meeting.

· Ben has been invited to give his legal opinion in the above matter.

· A community meeting is needed and is tentatively planned for September. Bonita will contact the Cobb Co. Government for the open dates for the use of the community room.

· Dania will make a sign to post at stop sign in front of the community to announce the meeting.
