The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM.

In attendance were Kim Bishop, Shannon Frith, Bonita Martin, and Wayne Clark

The minutes of the 8/10/2004 meeting were approved as submitted.

Treasurer’s Report

· $xxx cash on hand

· xxx’s letter in regards to past due monies was returned. Wayne and Bonita will deliver the letter.

ACC

· Have the non-compliance letters been sent to violators yet?

· Wayne called CAGE- Cobb Anti-gang Enforcement regarding the graffiti on the fence.

Old Business

· Cobb Gov’t center unavailable until after November election.

New Business

· The issue of self-management vs. NMA was discussed and a motion was made to self govern due to the lack of finances.

· A letter was written and will be sent to NMA notifying them of the intent to break the contract, and requesting all documents. Bonita will make a follow-up call to Laurence in one week.

· Shannon will look into getting a new PO Box.

· Bonita will check availability at Cobb Library for neighborhood meeting.

· The agenda for the neighborhood meeting will be discussed at the next board meeting.
