November 16, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 7:32 PM.

In attendance were Kim Bishop, Shannon Frith, Dania Aponte, Bonita Martin

Treasurer’s Report:

· Shannon submitted the treasurers report for October 2004- attached

ACC

· Letters were sent to 19 homes regarding residence up-keep

· Dania will check with homes for compliance by 11/29.

· An invoice will be sent to violators by 12/6.

· Front spotlight is out. Dania has the light bulb to repair it with and will make the repair.

New Business

· Vandalism has been happening in the subdivision- gate to the trail, cars and mailboxes.

· HOA Mtg. Issues discussed are as follows: retention pond clean-out, gate repair and prepayment of dues. These will be addressed in the January 2005 meeting.

· The 2005 budget was proposed and a motion was made to accept the budget- the budget was accepted.

· 2005 invoices sent by mid- December for the 2005 dues.

· Annual meeting set for January 29 from 10-12:00.

· The following goals were set for the board: Capital Budget Plan, Community Outreach, Neighborhood watch, Quarterly Newsletter.

· New issues to address: Proxy forms

Next meeting will be December 14, 2004 at Kim’s at 7:30.
