The meeting was called to order at 7:44 PM.

In attendance were Kim Bishop, Shannon Frith, Bonita Martin

Treasurer’s Report:

· Shannon submitted the treasurers report for November 2004- attached

ACC

· No fine letters will be sent yet to violators- re: steps to take to enforce and follow through.

· Front spotlight is still out. Shannon will replace.

Old Business

· A motion was made and accepted to purchase a security bond from State Farm. Shannon will be the signer.

· A request needs to be made to the Landscape Company that no pinestraw is to be put down unless requested.

· Day lilies will be cut back. Shannon will try to cut them.

· Invoices and statements will be sent this week as well as annual meeting reminder.

· 2005 invoices sent by mid- December for the 2005 dues.

· Annual meeting set for January 29 from 10-12:00.

New Business

· Agenda for annual meeting will be made at next meeting.

· HOA Mtg. Issues discussed are as follows: retention pond clean-out, gate repair and prepayment of dues. These will be addressed in the January 2005 meeting.

· When a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is filed by a Homeowner, the board can no longer pursue collections until bankruptcy court rules. The 2005 dues can be billed to them however.
